Trending & News Go see a doctor and have allergy testing - blood test. So you know what foods to avoid. Get a nutritionist advice and switch to healthier alternatives. Most of the time it's linked to processed foods, chemicals even fertilizer of fruits and vegetables & certain oils like palm oils , gluten or mass production products. Ask your doctor to check your blood type and a diet that's suitable for that blood type. If you're not happy, get a second or third opinion.
Sounds expensive. I am poor.
Thanks. Though Its hard cause there's so much delicious junk lol.
My body is literally the exact same way.
I have switched to Paleo diet and cut almost everything out of my diet aside from lean proteins and veggies. It's a sucky way to live but it keeps my weight down and I don't have many allergic reactions or acne breakouts anymore except the week before my period. Best of luck. I recommend either strict Paleo or Keto.
Thank you for most helpful girl!
have you tried taking prilosec or prevacid after or before you eat? maybe talk to a g. i. doctor. try eating light for a while like soft foods bread pasta see how your stomach handles it maybe even crackers saltines or honey graham crackers and soups like noodles without the chicken. but definitely talk to a g. i. doctor hope you get better
Thank you babe. You're so right. Certain light foods are fine so maybe i need to stick with them
@Dr7igeyufr don't stick with them permantly just until you find out why you're getting the allergic reactions you're getting. talk to a g. i. dr. it'll be in your best interest. hope you get better take care of yourself
@Dr7igeyufr a food allergy test might help too. and veggies but avoid fruits as they may upset the lining of your stomach and make the pumps in your stomach activate more causing more acid and heartburn same with tomatoe and salsa and ketchup
@Dr7igeyufr eat bland foods for now until your stomach starts to recooperate and feel better
How do beans treat you? How about refried beans?
Wheat products with and without salt?
Fish?
Also have you just tried Pepto-Bismol or TUMS?
Fish is good. I have a gluten sensitivity. Beans are ok.
Dont like using medicine.
I don't generally like using medicine either, but I haven't heard of anyone getting addicted to TUMS or Pepto-Bismol if that's what you're worried about.
So fish and beans work for you, are you able to mix things with those to "bypass" the heartburn? Like lettuce, cooked onions, tomatoes, other fruits/veggies? There are bean patties that I had a while ago, didn't quite substitute for a hamburger but were tasty in their own right. If you can have the bean patty and throw the other stuff on top, basically have a breadless veggie burger.
Thank you babes. I like your idea.

There are ways to lower your food sensitivity such as losing BMI percentage with keto etc… Or taking certain supplements - I don’t remember which ones worked but do a google search
Try a fodmap diet to see what type of foods are irritating you so you can avoid them
If it's that bad, I'm sure you could get some kind of medication for it. You should see a specialist 🌸
