What do I eat if so many foods give me allergic reactions, heartburn, acid reflux, etc?

Just a few examples so you get th gist: watermelon, turkey, peanut butter, and other random foods here and there including processed like certain cookies.
Just tired of feelin sick. I like to try different things cause its less boring but i can't cause then i feel ill after more than likely.
