People who have got earwax microsuction many times can you tell me your experience I need to get it done but so scared?

I have lost my hearing on one side while camping one time. When I got home I just laid on my side and used some hydrogen peroxide and alcohol dripped into my ear. I let it sit for 5 or so minutes and then lay on my other side so the liquid will drip out of my ear, and then use a rubber ear bulb filled with warm water and irrigate my ear. That has usually cleared my hearing up. However, if you have used Q-tips to clean your ear, sometimes you can impact the wax and then will probably need the medical procedure you have spoken of. I thought it was worth trying first and saved myself a doctor bill.

Had syringing many times before but get terrified everytime and my doctor said microsuction is safest so trying too be brave to get it done I get scared something will go wrong but my ear is crap at the moment I have been putting drops last few months but I have so much earwax that it only helps for a month before I need it again so I am praying that microsuction goes all well then might not have earwax issues for 6 months

It wouldn’t hurt you. Just don’t move or laugh during the process of taking out the earwax

Some people just produce a lot of earwax so it happens

Thank you I have been putting off getting it professionally removed for almost a year I use drops which have helped in the past but every month it builds up and I just got to get it removed and it starting to get bad once again I get so scared something will go wrong also I'm sensitive to certain sounds so the microsuction machine nervous how loud that will be I get nervous about lot of stuff I think the worst also how many times have you had it removed

I wouldn't go anywhere near those Doctors. People must be asleep if they haven't noticed the Doctors all exposing their true colors in the last few years. I wouldn't allow any of them even an inch near my ear!

There are many solutions. Some even show it on a screen.

I have seen this procedure when my son was a teenager. The school nurse tested his hearing and sent us to the otologist to get ear wax sucked out. He wasn't afraid at all. They may have numbed the area first in both ears.
The have you lay on your side ilon the table. The doctor stands to next to the side of the bed, puts the instrument inside your ear, but not very deep. I think he might operate the suction using his foot to depress the peddle, while he holds and stears the tube while it's in your ear. He does both ears.

My so was so happy after he had that procedure because he could hear again 👏
