Why Doctors/surgeons have fair arms than normal? What exactly do they use to wash?

I have family members who are medical Nurse Practitioner and OCD clean freak. It says the soap is for lowering bacterial counts and is a water soluble antiseptic mostly made up of chlorhexidine and triclosan. I am not sure what that exactly is but Chlorine is its base ingredient, therefore, it is a stringent cleaner. Certainly those ingredients are anti microbial.

Maybe the chlorine products lighten or bleach their arms removing the natural melanin in our skin. You know, kind of like the Ginger people.

No idea a bout arms. They probably use an anti bacterial soap that is recommended by they CDC.

they have fair arms because vast majority of people who attend medical school tend to be fair skinned: white or Asian.

Because they have a white collar job and don’t have to work outside in the sun.
