Oh I thought it was 8 🙉🙊
gee. I honestly just drink soda. Been that way since my childhood, tbh.
I’ll drink milk, if I feel dehydrated or deficient. I’ll drink Gatorade if I also feel deficient/dehydrated/ sick. Teas/lemonades if they’re accessible.
I try to drink water and have a bunch of half opened bottles and had been doing good in the beginning of the year. I think I stopped when I felt like it didn’t change anything for me? 🤔
Anyways, I’d say just a few ounces every few days. It really is dependent upon mood and conscientiousness/mindfulness.
I discourage my nephew from drinking soda. ZERO benefits and only harm 100% every time you drink it.
This post is a good reminder for me to just pick it up again. 🤔👍
Around 2,5 liters, maybe even more?
I have a water bottle-ish thing at work, that's like 0,75l and I do fill that up twice at work and at home I have big cup that fits like 0,5l but I mostly fill it up around 0,3-0,4l- ish and I don't know how often I drink from that tho I don't count
I'm at 3–5 cups rn. Trying to get it to a steady 5 and then I'll call it good. But I'm not using measuring cups I'm using one of those tall skinny cups. So I don't know how much cup it actually counts for tho I knew at one point, & I think 5 was the right number..
I would say 5-10 cups a day

I've been drinking more water since I went to college. I would say between 11 and 13 cups. I have a reusable bottle and some days I refill it 3 or 4 times.
Since I started drinking more water my skin looks better and I have more energy. So it works 😂😂
I don't know what in cups but I drink 1.4 to 2.1 litres. My water bottle at work is 700ml and I typically have 1 sometimes 2 of those then when I get home my water bottle is 800ml and I'll have one of those or more sometimes
the chart in the link says about 72 ounces recommended for women which is about 2,129ml.
I go by the recommendation according to weight which is weight (kg) x 0.033.
Not enough. It's causing me serious problems!! 😮💨🥺🤦🏻♀️
ill go fetch more from the well for u!
About 6-7 of these...
Some days i dont drink any 🤷♀️ But when I do, i drink anywhere from 1 to 3 regular size bottles of water a day. Only a few days a month will i drink about 6-8 in a day
I aim for 114 ounces per day, but I probably average 70 or so.
I'm in that 2 to 3 liters or 10 cups a day area during the winter and more during the summer.
I'm like a animal with water so probably around 10-15 cups a day
about 1,5 Litres no idea how many cups that would be.
1100ml usually, which is two refills in my drink bottle.
About 50 ounces.. through coffee, tea and protein shakes
About 6 cups
I got a kidney stone a few months ago... so, apparently not enough
I would say somewhere in the 6 to 10 glasses of water a day. If it is hot & I'm working hard some days more.
Half of this a day
At least 3 litres of tea most days, times 4 is 12 cups, plus other drinks. So D.
Not enough. A glass or two.
1-2 cups a day
It depends on season, weather, and day.
During hot summer day, I can drink upto 30 cups
If I'm racing? Maybe similar
More like pee like Niagara Falls!😂🤣
I try to drink 2 l per day
Four! Okay how many am I short?
Approximately one gallon a day.
Just 1-4 cups these days.
1.2 metaphorically 5 inch tall cups.
11-13 cups
