Female's have smaller kidneys than males.
Therefore lower filtration rate.
To much drinking can give us severe health issues.
Just as to little.
It varies from person to person how much we need and it varies from day to day.
A safe level is usually around 2L for a healthy person.
Look at your urine what color it has and how pale or dark it is.
It's considered be more on the pale side than dark to get optimal function for our bodies. some can't get pale no matter how much they drink. be aware of that.

Considering water is proven pointless not much then not much now. Basically water is good for one thing not having sugar like other drinks. But other than that it has no real advantage.
And I keep my sugar intake low anyway so.
Oh boy. Hard to say really as I don't keep track. I drink what seems like gallons of water. I drink little else other than water. I'm certain I exceed the daily recommended intake.
Maybe 64oz. But I also have coffee in the morning and a 0 calorie flavored water at lunch. I don’t count those for water intake though.

I aim for at least 64oz a day.
Hmm throughout the day I will drink anything but Water. Gatorade, bang, coffee, juice, soda. I have water in my room and it’s just sitting there. During the summer I would fill up my hydro flask 5 days out of the week with water since I was working from 8 to 4/9 to 5/9 to 6. I’m not working like that many hours now so I don’t bother
I rarely drink PLAIN water.
Most often I consume an assortment of diet soda, coffee, tea and sometimes dark beer ALL of which predominantly contain water; quantity-wise about 1 1/2 liters daily and with commensurate urination.Probably 6 glasses a day.
Talking about drinking a gallon a day sounds crazy unhealthy to me. Sounds tough on the kidneys and you'll be pissing every 5 minutes. You shouldn't force fluid down your net just to fulfill a quota. Not much probably a half of a gallon which I should be drinking probably a gallon a day but the water prices have gone up skyrocket high to $ 1.50 a gallon when they used to be a dollar and I drink Zephyrhills Springwater from Florida
As water, tea, coffee other drinks and ice over 2.5 -3 litres.
I aim for 110 ounces, but fall short in cold weather.
Water at least 2.5-3L, with tea, coffee and some other drinks maybe 4.5-5L in a day.
Probably half a gallon on average. More when it's hot, especially if I'm working out in the sun.
It varies with temperature and amount of physical activity.
I used to drink too much (15 cups) now I just drink 9 cups
About 4 to 5 L of water everyday is compulsory, right?
I don't know the amount but I drink a lot of water. I work a very physically demanding job and then I am just the type of person that always feels thirsty.
Gallon and a half. I put some lemon in a warm glass of water for the morning. It’s great for your body.
I'm a running so I drink a lot of water, I think my average at the moment is 4 liters
It varies. I try to have at least 5 large glasses of water, that's about 60 ounces (about 2 liters).
A gallon. Sometimes a little more than a gallon provided how heavy my workouts are and if I had caffeine.
I have a 32 oz water bottle that I fill at least 4X a day. So over a gallon
A can of sparkling water and a full water bottle. 😌
1 gallon of distilled water. I use a distiller so i make water every day and drink about a gallon every day
