I don’t drink as much as I should be. I’m not one of those people who go “ew water is gross.” I do enjoy it if I’m really thirsty. But if there are other options like juice then I’d rather drink that.
I made a new rule for myself though. Every other drink I have has to be water.

I drink a lot of water, just because I’m always playing hockey or I’m at the gym, so I get thirsty, and I swear, drinking from one of those squeeze bottles just ups the intake somehow, I feel like I tear through a full bottle in no time, and I’d say it’s probably 32 oz. So I hammer like 3-4 of those over a day, plus I chug a bottle of water everyday when I wake up. Oil in the engine, first thing. But that regular bottle goes down a little harder than the squeeze bottle.
Definitely a good move to focus on water intake though. Good for your kidneys, and it’ll lower your sugar intake if it’s replacing a glass of juice. A part of me really misses Welch’s Passion Fruit Juice, that used to be my lifeblood, but I was also like 30-40 lbs heavier, and that wasn’t the whole problem, but it damn sure wasn’t the solution, lmao.

i'll admit, not as much as i should. about 2 water bottles worth maybe. need to change that. although i do enjoy water, it's the only thing i drink besides green tea. but i guess i'm just not as thirsty right now.

Half a litre max. Unless I do some fitness or a workout then I'd drink over a litre.
I'm a tea person, so I drink about 2l of tea every day. I have a very nice teapot and use it daily.

Im dehydrated most of the time because I literally forget to drink and most of the time its coffee or a soda. My friend has a gallon jug he drinks a day.
