How much water do you drink on a daily basis?

Well, that info may not take into account the liquid already in the food you're already eating.
As recommended in this chart by the U. S. Army Public Health Command, just make sure your urine becomes clear (or reaches the 'well hydrated' or 'optimal' range, as labeled).

I don’t know it varies. 1 cup being 8 fl oz... If I don’t do any physical activity then probably 4 cups in the form of black coffee and then maybe 8-12 cups of regular water. If I go for a run add 4-6 more cups. If I do hours of strenuous work out in the sun, add 10-16 cups...
About 2 liters. You don't need to drink 3 liters, if you're generally healthy and eat a balanced diet, 1.5 to 2 liters are also enough.
I drink about 2-4 litres a day - I over drink before my shift cause I've gone over 5 hours without water before at my job.

I drink about 1 litre...
Sometimes 1.5 litres...
I don't think I could drink over 3 litres that easily -_-
In the summer though I can drink up to 4.5 litres or 6 litres, depending on how hot I am.
You don't need to drink that much water unless your food is dehydrated like pemmican, or beef jerky and cereals. Your food contains water too. I just drink when I'm thirsty.
Unfortunately I don't drink enough but I'm starting my diet soon so I will definitely start drinking more.
I often forget to drink anything, so probably less than the minimum...😅
I don't ever dring pure water. It's a coffee, soda, mineral soda, juice...
But, usually coffee, all-day long.
Depends about a half gallon to 3/4 of a gallon in the summer when it's hot. 1/2 gallon in the winter.
That 15.5 cups includes liquids in your food. Drinking that much water on top of your normal diet is dangerous.
I really like water. It tastes like nothing and cools me off inside. Seriously...😎
About a half gallon a day (on days off from the gym). On workout days it could be 3/4 of a gallon.
It's good to put clean water in your coffee pot
I try to drink around two or three liters per day. I just keep a bottle at my desk at all times but I don't activity track it.
Oh man... I need to get on that. I don't drink enough at all!
I only drink amniotic fluid. Legend says it keeps you young
I usually drink less than the average amount needed.
6 or 8 cups of water. The only thing I really drink is water. Soda is disgusting lol
I drink over the required amount because I'm taking creatine.
1,5-2 L incl. coffee, maybe 3 L if it's really hot
Usually around 16 cups, 20+ in summer
I drink more soda pop then water.
I drink way over the required amount
