+1 yDepends on the season that we are in , in summers I drink approximately 3 litres it is because of sweating too much in the hot weathers (when compared to other seasons) ans therefore losing primarily minerals , vitamins and essential chemical compounds so drinking water will stabilise and regulate our body balance. On the other hand , I drink about 2 litres in the winters. Since we do not sweat much our body set an alarm when water is nedeed unlike in the summers so that we use the bathroom many times beacuse our bonded water and its molecules warns our tissues internal organs and cells by saying that "come on guys we have to tell the urinary system that its turn is now , work together and try to eject our other H2O molecule friends out of our body of the owner and we tell her/him that do not hold it tight permanently otherwise the bladder will be in danger" . In the autumns and springs it is like whenever I am thirsty. Water is life and it should be taken from as only H2O not counting the beverages (except water) and daily diet/foods that we ingest as daily intake which contain water itself. My mother was not consuming much water even below the average (potable , e. g : natural spring water) daily water consumption for a really long while like a obligatory non-habit , years ago. Hence , she had diagnosed with kidney deficiency , thankfully , following the compulsory cure or treatment by hemodialysis for almost one and half years my father became the donour for her. Now my father has got a kidney while my mother has got three. I remember my mother had suffered so much , exhausted tired all the time during hemodialysis stage but their love handle it easily. Water is life folks , please make sure you take care of your health in every way.

u +1 yMuch of the food that we eat contains water and I have no idea how much of that I take in on a daily basis. I also drink coffee, tea, and diet coke almost every day. Those are 99% water. My total water intake is probably at least 60-80 ounces per day.

+1 yI try to drink 60 to 70 ounces a day. I don't weigh that much and I did the math already on how much I should be drinking and that's what it said. Though I've been having off days of not drinking that much water. I noticed if I force myself to drink for like two or three days, I will create a need for water. If I don't drink often I could go the entire day without water without realizing it.

Before I didn’t drink a lot of water now I keep water besides me so probably like 3 bottles of 750ml a day. But for some reason when I’m reading I drink sooo much water like 6 bottles it’s crazy how much I need to use the bathroom 😂😂

Depends, if I'm working in the heat 110F + I go 1 energy drink, 2 waters, 1 Gatorade, 2 waters rinse & repeat; if its a long day I'll do that five times or more. If I'm indoors I only feel like drinking water when exercising. I make myself drink 1 bottle of water every morning before I can have my coffee. When you wake up is the most important time to drink water from my understanding.
