Internett, exercise and diet.

The internet is filled with negative stuff and fake images about what is expected of us. It shows us what we believe is to be the right way to live life, but it's all fake bullshit.
So stop following influencers, stop following trends, stop flowing negativity in any shape or form, stop comparing yourself to others. Just live your life.

Being lazy is not good for our mental health, but also overdoing it is also not healthy for our mental health. We can be in good health and still not have rock solid abs.

To eat shit food makes our mental health also shit. That don't mean we should eat salads all time, it just means we should think about the amount we eat and what we eat. Do we really need fries with our chicken? Or can veggies be a better choice? And so on. Sugar is shit for our bodies, we really don't need that much sugar.

A toxic household where I felt stuck. I overcome it by just hoping that it would get better. When you're depressed you don't know that for sure, but you hear it often enough, so I wanted to see for myself. And it did get better.
