Just don't worry about it, get back on track the next day, weight loss is a long journey, one stop along the way isn't a big problem.
None. Its alright to fall off your diet once in a while. We're human and nobody is perfect. Just continue your normal routine. One bad meal occassionally isn't gonna hurt. Everyone deserves a cheat meal.
