Have you ever had an "off" day,?

I am having one today. My clothes don't seem to fit right, I have "hat hair" and I am not wearing a hat, I forgot my thumb drive and didn't remember my lunch. I feel a little shaky all of a sudden.

Eat something sweet in case your blood sugar is low. Maybe you had too much sugar?
Part of diabetes is not thinking like your normal self.. This man in our apartment building would get that way. He would ask that we wait a while before having a conversation with him, cause his brain was feeling kinda weird.

We'll see how you feel tomorrow. If you still don't feel like your normal self, you may consider getting your blood pressure checked.
Please don't just write this off as an off day. Your body is talking to you - listen to it please.

@sage2021 I do not drink coffee but I drink Pepsi. I might have 4 or 5 cans a week. Except I just gave it up for lent. Maybe I an withdrawing from caffeine?

@exitseven that will usually cause headaches - not what you describe. However, your body is missing the sugar buzz from it. Try eating a little something sweet, like a piece of hard 🍬 candy. Let me know how you're doing tomorrow ok? P. S. what does your wife say about it?

@exitseven I know how it is when You're not feeling well and need to see the doctor, but you can't miss work. It's such a quandary to be in. When that would happen to me, I would ask if I could make up the time I missed by taking 1/2 hour lunches, work a Saturday or work late. I don't know if you are able to do that?
But if you feel you need to see a doctor, then you'd better make some arrangements to get checked out.
I would like to at least see you get some urine and blood work done and a once over of your body.
Please consider this because something could show up in your labs and you could get some medicine for it?

I have more off days than on days. However, like @sage2021 my first thought was your blood sugar. You should write that down and date it in case it happens again. Some people slur and appear drunk without even realizing it when their blood sugar is off.

I remember once in middle school I had a terrible day I spilled ketchup on my white uniform shirt, someone took the chair I was sitting on at lunch while I was in the bathroom and there weren't any other chairs at the table, I was late for Spanish class and the zipper on my binder broke so I think that was the worst day I've ever had

Yeah, I’ve been cutting calories cause I had a party on Sunday and it’s been slightly difficult to lower my calories that much. I had a high calorie food for dinner but my portions were small so my overall calories are still pretty low for the day.

Yes, quite often. And the shaking is anxiety or stress. In tense meetings or presentations, i project and talk normally, but i must put my hands behind my back because they'll wobble like I have Parkinson's.
