What’s the actual source of the pain?

Okay I’m going to ask Google too…

Don’t judge…

When your feet hurt, is it the muscle that hurts? Or the bone (s)?

What’s the actual source of the pain?

Do human feet even have muscles? 🧐 Is there any padding? Or is it minimal skin tissue?

My feet were hurting the other day, and I HAD to stand. When I got back home, they felt “sore” like I had done a work out (respectively/understandably along with the rest of my body). The next time they were hurting and it didn’t feel sore, but just somewhat agonizing. It felt worsened, until I didn’t have to stand for so long.

It made me wonder. How would I fix this particular issue? I suppose I could buy “Dr. scholls;” see a chiropractor; uhhh an… orthopedic? Idek- the foot doctors, though, or something else.

I wonder if burn gels, aloe Vera, or things like so- if left in shoes, help?

What exactly is the issue?

SOOOOOOO

my real question is:

When feet hurt, what is hurting? The bones? Muscles? Or just the nerves, even?

What’s the actual source of the pain?

Let me know your thoughts. :]
