My cousin sister has this problem from last night she sent me pics and asked what I can do. You have any idea about this

It's a boil - like a nuclear pimple.
It hurts, but it's going to burst and pus will come out.
But, my God, the relief you feel when it bursts...

I had one on my bicep when I was 9 in 1972. I still have the scar.
It was already painful and bad, but I was playing in the street when a rubber ball hit me on the boil.
I ran in the house crying.
My father, age 32, was wearing a blue sweater and he was familiar with boils having had several when he was young. So, me standing in front of him by our kitchen counter, he'd gently prick at it with a needle and then say "Make a muscle." I would. The first time, it didn't pop. The second or third time, *BOOM!*, it popped when I made a muscle and squirted dark greyish-green pus onto his sweater. We both laughed but I also cried with relief.

Still to this day, I have that scar, skin having grown over the hole made by that boil.

And that sweater? I inherited it when I grew up and probably had it into my 30s.

I miss my dad and I wish I could talk to him about that time. He's been dead 20 years now...

That particular boil may not be a boil yet, but just a big bad zit. I say put some Orajel on it - bathe it in Orajel - and then take a needle (wiped with alcohol) to break the skin at the "peak" of the zit. That will create an opening for the crap to come out.

By the way, my boil had a hard white core in the middle. I remember my father showing me it after he got it out. That's why I had a "crater" in my bicep.

I would recommend her to get treatment by her physician or be seen at an Urgent Care that is common to get boils, but that needs treatment ASAP, and they will lance it for her and put her on an Antibiotic by mouth to take for 7–10 days as it heals up.

Get a sterile sewing needle, pop it and squeeze squeeze stuff out. Wash it off with rubbing alcohol then put some iodine on it.

I had this before. Go to a doctor. They’ll give antibiotics or medicine to pop it up.
