I waterfloss with hot water and a small cap of 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide after each meal, in the morning and whenever else I feel the need. It's superior to manual floss and much more flexible. I do not use manual floss at all.

As for me I have my teeth flossed every four months when I go to the dentist for a cleaning. In addition I use a waterpik & water brush every day to get all the junk out & after that I use a soft brush, toothpaste & mouthwash after.

That depends on how nice I'm looking. 😁✨ Ohhh, yuh mean floss as in brushing. Lol I oil pull twice, so brushing
and flossing goes with that.
