Hey little Fluffy, as per my gym routine, I come from a long background of combat sports and sports so I've done oodles of strength training. My dad used to be a semi professional bodybuilder and so I grew up around a whole lot of bodybuilding stuff around me. However, being the rebellious fuck that I am, I purposely never ever wanted to do any bodybuilding just because my dad was heavily into it. If you don't know the difference between strength training and bodybuilding, its very slight but ultimately makes a big difference in the ring. Most simply, strength training focuses on muscle functionality and bodybuilding focuses on the aesthetic, though bodybuilding will also make you much stronger and strength training will even enhance your physical appearance.

As per routine, strength training has more freehand focus and does not use too heavy weights that will make your muscles strong but stiff and zombie like. The goal of strength training is to make you the best athlete that you can be. Along with my exercise I cycle 10 miles a day, out of which 6 to 7 miles are uphill. The example of the best athlete among all living things is the dog. The test of an athlete is your V. O.2-MAX, which is the ability of your heart to pump blood into your blood stream so it can be used for any and all performance. The world record for human V. O.2-max is in the 90s, but the highest of all is the dog which is between 250 to 275, that is what makes the dog such a super unbelievable athlete.

I have a kid outta school and work at the moment so i fit in as much as possible.

I'll do 40 pushups and 50 sit ups when I wake up and 12-16 jumping burpees (They suck)

then mid day I'll do 4 sets of 20 reps of 10kg curls (20kg in total), do 20 birds wings, 100 no weight squats, I'll do 20-30 10kg weighted situps, 40-50 no support situps, I'll shadow box with the resistance bands just simple combos for about 10 minutes then 20-30 resistance bands upper cuts. 10kg Weighted single leg stand 10 to 15 each leg. 20-22 30kg x2 bench, then 30kg x2 farmers walk about 20 metres. I do these and crab runs with for maybe 2 to 4 minutes with my son he likes em and then the frag jumps with him on my back (Like Squat jumps), 30 and try to break 40 pushups with my son on my back as well or with resistance bands It's a lot but it will only take maybe an hour to 2 hours out of my day.

night time when my kids asleep. I'll have a drink water or booze and I'll hit the heavy bag for about half an hour to an hour, I do sprints and Crab runs in intervals of this.

A lass, I'm still fat haha but these all work for Me and I get no pain or injuries they actually help my previous injuries I've gotten and the running and bag make Me feel very happy so i still get that chemical hit. I'm adding to em but I'm a big believer in people should do what naturally feels right for them.

Mondays for my core and arms, I do weighted flutter kicks, lying leg raises, bicep curls and use a few machines that I don’t know the names of.

Wednesdays and Saturdays for my legs. Treadmill to warm up, then leg extension machine, hip abduction machine, weighted squats, weighted lunges, calf raises, stationary workout bike and then back to the treadmill to cool down before leaving.

Depends. I have back and biceps: pull-up variations (all grips and weighted) in sets of 10-15, curl variations, back pulls. core and triceps: push-up variations, plank variations, bench. legs: squat variations, Bulgarians, lunge variations. Climbing: after a climb session, fingerboard and campus exercises.

    go to the gym,

find a spot to lay down and take a nap

    go home.

I've done that at times and recommend it, listen to your body...

otherwise, I warm up 10min, I do core/weights and always try to do stuff using core rather than isolated muscles.

    pullups. kick a bag

    possibly more cardio, light stretch

    ...

but Id rather be outside working in garden or biking right now to enjoy fresh air. gym air is stale.

Full body strength training. 5 min light cardio, Usually 30-40 minutes of heavy lifting and then 10 mins of mildly intense cardio but only do cardio 3 times per week. 10 minute stretch session after.

Run, then start walking to calm down. See if I can do some work on my arms, them medicine ball.

By then, i've been there for...7 minutes and I'm tired. Might have me a little break and then do it all over again until i feel the burn.

I have a APP that has my work out plans. I workout 3 times a week. Depends also if I skip a work out. I'll continue where I left off. And I can also make custom plans if I wanted. I always do 2-3 different body parts per workout day.

I do a 50 minute HIIT workout. Either bike, stairclimber or elliptical machine. Then i do 3 sets of crunches. And work two or 3 body parts.

We should all exercise, but it has nothing to do with your weight. I was talking to my brother and his son about it. You see the charts, and if you run a hundred miles you can burn off a hamburger. lol

Your sentiments are nice, but what is it that your trying to accomplish?

Thoughts mean nothing if there no action to back it up.

I am 2 years sober from Video games so ill politely refuse.

Your kindness is quite hot though, sexual appeal wise if you spoke to me like this I would be quite "solid" even if you turned out to be like a marshmellow of a person.

      Be healthy and act.
