If my math is correct, you're only a little over a hundred pounds, so I don't think you need to lose any weight.
If you are insecure about how your abdomen looks, you can try doing some cardio and fat burn workouts, its good for your overall health and it can get you a lean body as well! But don't go comparing yourself with other people. We all have different metabolism rates due to genetics, just be happy being you! 💛
It all depend on your muscle/fat ratio. Did you have it measured yet? That will tell you if you have excessive fat or not.

There's no picture, but I'm 100% sure that at 5'1" and 108lbs your belly looks normal. Go to therapy if you have to, but stop stressing about that. Find a hobby.
