I’ve gained weight and I am now 230lbs and I’m 5’9”. I know what y’all are thinking. “Well because you’re tall and you can carry the weight a lot better.” Well yeah but am at an unhealthy weight so what I’m going to keep working out regardless of people’s opinions. Some of my relatives didn’t agree with my weight loss but I don’t care. I stopped focusing on the scale along time ago, but I just want to be healthier and fit. Besides diabetes runs in my family. I’ll admit I don’t always eat well and I need to cut back on the takeouts. I’m not going to lie and say I haven’t been ordering takeout when I did! Just being honest. I bought healthy foods and I’m starting over.

Bodyfat distribution. Either that or maybe you're biased towards the way you look. For instance, I thought I looked in decent shape a few months ago. But when I look back at pictures & video, it's hard to view myself as in great shape then, seeing the difference between then & now.

Probably just delusional. I'm a 6'4 male and you weigh almost the same as me. No way you don't look fat at that weight unless you are solid muscle.
Muscle weighs more , if you've been working out it could just be muscle. Either way, your weight doesn't matter as long as you feel like you're healthy

You are tall for a girl. But at 5’9 your healthy weight should be around 140-150.
