I train for 20-30 minutes every 2 days doing isometric static lifts. If more people knew about this form of training, the gyms would be empty...

  You can do all of the traditional barbell lifts with it, it's quicker, less risk of injury, you can build just as much muscle, it builds up your tendons and can be stored easily. Some people make their own one for cheap as well.
