I don't go to the gym. I workout from home. And I don't usually workout for more than an hour or two per session. And how often or much I train depends on my goals. If Im trying to bulk like I am now, then I'm going to up training frequency &/or intensity to reach more than 5 sets a week on any muscle group I want to grow muscle with. When I de-load sometime in the future or go into a cutting phase, I'll lower the frequency & simply try to keep the intensity as high as I can while mainly focusing on maintaining my physique with 5 (still hard) sets of any muscle group that I want to grow per week.
