This is a cool and easy test that seems accurate enough.
resting, 44 average, but i can meditate it down to around 38 if i'm really really calm. 42-46 overall
sleeping i apparently drop to 34 according to my monitor, at least that's the lowest I've seen

If you think I can count beats and 15 seconds at the same time, you wildin, seems simple but I can't multitask at all, I'll just make the assumption and say it's a lot of beats lol

That’s not a “test” that’s literally how you measure the pulse at the radial artery. You can do the same thing at the brachial, or carotid arteries

Fluffy, it all depends on your metabolic activity rate at the given moment. What you really mean is the rate at rest. Mine is in the high 50's , like 57 , 58. And it could be much lower since I have always been a very active and sports-freak kind of person, however, I can't seem to give up the smoking. I stopped everything else. Even the smoking, I stop it very easily, it's only staying off after a couple of months, which is the problem. After a few months off, like a bitch,,,, I just throw it away and start again. I bet I could get it to at least the low 50's , like 52 to 53 , if I could quit the smoking. Do you smoke little, one?
My Fitbit reports my at rest heart rate averages 62 bpm.
82, but I just finished working out and eating. I'll have to check resting.
"Accurate enough"?
Thats 100% accurate, its how you measure your heart rate.44 first time, 48 the second, so I'll say 46. I'm a runner, so this is common.
That’s the technique they taught us in medic school
Watch says my current heart rate is 78 bpm.
