Okay- you cannot build bulk to muscle. You have to consume protein along with exercising enough to break down your muscle fibers so that they will grow back bigger than before. The more muscle you have the more your metabolism will consume fat.
If you don't consume fat you will never have thick muscle. You will look like Sean O'Malley in comparison to Mike Tyson.
Muscle is built up by consuming protein. Some fats are necessary as well but if you don't eat healthy protein foods you won't build much muscle.
