I walk in my lunch hour which usually gets me to 4-5k steps, then I do a walking workout video on YouTube to do my other 5k as I try to do 10k steps a day.
At work I eat oats with milk, low fat Greek yogurt, chia seeds & vanilla extract Monday-Friday.
I don't have breakfast and I start eating from 10am.
I go on the stationery bike for 10-15mins and a 10min arm workout.
I've been doing this for the last 3 weeks and the scale numbers haven't been going down. They're not going up but I've been trying hard & I don't know why it's not going lower.
I exercise at home as I don't have time for the gym.
I go on my treadmill sometimes in the weekend when I have more time.
Does anyone have any tips?
