You should go to a specialist, unexplainable weight lost can be the symptoms of many problems like diabetes or the damage or failure of several organs so if you haven't been eating little or doing lots of exercise, I recommend you push your parents for a visit to a specialist.
Are you eating regularly? Is your waste removal (urination and defecation) regular? Have you thrown up more often recently? Are you more physically active? These are all the things I can think of from the little information you've given me that can affect weight. Regular eating can maintain weight if nothing else changes. If the amount you urinate and defecate hasn't changed significantly, your weight shouldn't alter much. If you've thrown up more, and it happens regularly that can decrease your weight. As always an increase in physical activity without a similar increase in calorie intake will cause weight loss. You should see a doctor because they can give better answers to the reason because they have access to medical records and tests that I don't, and wouldn't even if I did the coding and billing for you.
