How do you feel after eating it? Are you full or still hungry? Do you have energy? Honestly I don’t think you need to lose any weight. You’re within healthy range for your height. Just eat at whatever your maintenance is and if you want to change how everything sits try building more muscle

Your bmi is 21 so your normal and a little on the small side and for the dinner it looks fine just add bigger portions
It is mostly carbs. But the portions are very small. I think you'll be just fine.
