frozen dragon fruit
Assuming you are referring to a meal that includes fajita chicken, blueberries, and frozen dragon fruit, it can be considered a healthy meal as it contains protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Chicken is a good source of protein and can help with muscle building and repair. Blueberries are high in antioxidants, fiber, and vitamin C, which is important for immune health. Dragon fruit is low in calories and high in fiber, vitamin C, and various other antioxidants. However, you may want to add some vegetables to balance out your meal and make it more well-rounded nutritionally.
The components are healthy but I can tell you without even knowing you that that is not enough calories.
I get the impression that you may be dieting? If so, that's great! We can always be healthier. But you should not restrict this much. It just puts you at risk of nutrient deficiencies and binging later on.
You are choosing great foods though!
And don't be afraid of seasoning your chicken!

looks like prison food. no seasoning on the chicken? you barely have any nutrients on your plate. just trying to keep it real... this is not a "meal" nor is it "healthy" just because you have a few berries and protein. if anything, this is a very strange "snack"...
Yes it looks healthy. It depends on the pita you use though. I don't know what the rules are but its important to buy from a brand you trust. Chicken that is organic is better.
Yes, looks good.
Yes, not enough to sustain you though.
Maybe but it doesn't look good
