Trying to lose 14 pounds

Banana

Coffee with semi skimmed milk & 2 sugars

6 high fibre crackers

2 chicken drumsticks with homemade guacamole, broccoli & sweet potato

A small handful of raspberries, blueberries

Lots of water throughout the day

I completely overate yesterday and lots of sugars like over 2300 calories so making up for it today

Is this healthy what I ate today?
