Dont eat at 2am or 3 am is the key , that is never healthily , worst possible time.
To get back into order just eat a tight breakfast.
You dont " HAVE " to eat 3 meals a day , eat 2 good meals with zero snacking , plenty of exercise , no fizzy sugar filled beverages. Make everything that goes into your mouth quality , you will sleep better also.

You pulled an all-nighter and you are worried about health? Lol skip the health if you aren’t going to give your body the rest it needs

It would still be many hours in between meals. Eating more food isn't inherently bad, it's bad when you're putting on way more than you're taking off. And if this is a rare occurence, this one night is going to have virtually no affect in that regard, anyways. So if you're hungry, you might as well eat.
Listen to your body. You ate because you were hungry at 3 am. If you're hungry again then eat. If you're not hungry just start your day like normal. Get some coffee and get back on that grind :)
Diets typically don't work, especially diets that ask you to skip a meal. If you skip breakfast you're just gonna be hungry the rest of the day and snack on unhealthier food, which will make things worse.
