Conventional wisdom is that you should do it afterwards. Allegedly you burn stored fat more since that is the only fuel source your body would have. I say it doesn't make that big of a difference. I think more relevant it would be how heavy is your breakfast. And how do you exercise on a full vs. Empty stomach. Personally, I exercise after eating. But I always give my self at least an hr. Between eating and exercise. So it's at least partially digested.

I'd eat it before so that I could have enough energy to fuel the workout. But if I wanted to test my willpower for fasted training, I'd eat it afterward.
Definitely after. Working out right after eating is not a good idea. Especially if you're lifting.
If you workout on an empty stomach you'll be burning fat vs the calories you just took in from eating. If that's something you want.
After cardio if you want to lose weight and before strength training if you want to feel strong.

You need to have a light good quality snack before you work out. You don’t wanna work out on a full stomach eat your breakfast after you work out so all that protein can build and repair your muscles back up.
At least have a protein shake before working out, you don't want to faint.
