fat reserves are taken from other places on your body and injected into the butt. its one of the most dangerous because there are a lot of blood vessels that drain to the inferior vena cava, which is a big vein that goes directly to the heart and can cause a life threatening issue.

Yes it’s an actual procedure. Fat is taken from an area of choice (for example arms) and injected into the patient’s bum to give an unrealistic really big bum lol.

Its super risky, lots of problems, lots of people die from it, ... and all this risk so you got a plastic butt the size of hippo.
