Since last summer I have done a 4 month and since the beginning of the year I have done a 6 month bulk.
I made progress but Im still not where I want to be yet.
Im about 170lbs 40% muscle and 20% fat.
I want to be more lean.
I was thinking of either doing a mini cut for 2 months and then go back to bulking or do a full 6 month cut. Or Maybe I should continue bulking.
Based on my photo what would you say?
