Why you asking girls about this? What makes you think we have those answers and not the guys? Just strange. Sorry. So is your diet and exercise routine good? Make sure you aren't doing unhealthy things like smoking or drinking too much. Get enough water for sure. Turn off the devices. Don't sleep with a TV on. Set a bedtime and stick to it. Those are just some ideas but I really don't know anything about your lifestyle. I'm also not a medical professional.
