I Am Constipated So Last Night I Took 3 Laxative Pills. Its Been Well Over 12 Hours. And Still Nothing Has Come Out Yet. Should I Be Worried?

There's 3 different types of laxative you can buy. The most common and recommended is an osmotic laxative which can take 48-72 hours before your next bowel movement.
Keep taking the pills as the packaging says, and if nothing moves after a week or so you might need to see a doctor

For me, they don’t work if I take them at night even though it says you should on the package. I’ve taken them in the morning and that worked for me each time.

You may not be drinking enough water. A lot of laxatives are osmotic, they draw water into the colon to soften stools and get you started.
