Do you think its gross to not shower twice a day?

I dont shower twice a day but I only shower at night before going to bed.

I shower before bed and when I get up in the morning. Showers are nice and I don't want to go to bed all sweaty from a days' work, or go to work all sweaty form a nights sleep

Most people don't shower twice a day. Many times I do, but I am more active than the average person. You're going to have to decide where you fall on that scale.

It depends. Right now where I live we have temperatures around 95F and near 100% humidity. If I am really sweaty I will get in the shower before getting in the clean bed.

For me it really depends on what I am/was doing during the day.
Exposed to dust or other possible contaminants right after I am done, now we have learned that we need to change and wash our clothes after a fire and shower, or if I get really sweaty from whatever I was doing.

It's actually not that good for your skin to even shower everyday. There are oils in your skin that need to be there to keep your skin healthy. Taking a shower and washing it out every day is bad.

i usually shower twice a day. but that's just me. i don't look down on anyone who choses to only shower once a day. i don't even care as i'm more focused on myself lol

It depends I shower everyday at least once a day. On days that I'm more active I would shower twice a day in the morning and before going to bed. I think is gross to leave the house and then come back and go straight to bed without showering.
