Also I’m not pregnant or anything. I’m just asking to practice beforehand.
What can I do to experience similar pain? Thank you

Trending & News There are labour pain simulators you can buy. Just know even if you practice, this does not mean you will be prepared.
I remember my waters rupturing, they continued to ruptured for over 5 hours. I never went into labour on my own, so I was made to have an induction. Everyone I know who has had an induction has said that pain is worse than the pain you experience when you go into natural labour. The Induction I had, i had very few breaks. For over 15 hours straights I just had contraction after contractions. I was crying and screaming out in pain. My labour was also progressing extremely slow as well.
Hello, thank you so much for sharing!
First of all, I applaud and respect you for being a mother and going through the difficult process of labor.
So you say even if I practice, it will not prepare me? 😭😭 lol that’s what I was planning on doing. I want to feel that pain at least once a day so that my body gets used to it to the point where it’s numb to it. So when the actual day of labor comes, it will be painless…but I guess that’s not possible 😭😭
You may be able to prepare yourself. Truth is when it is happening for real, the pain is very different to something that creates fake pregnancy contractions. Some people are in labour for days. I know someone who was in labour for 4 days straight before her waters broke and she finally gave birth.
If you have have an epidural, it takes away a lot of the pain that's if it doesn't fail like it did with me. Despite the pain from my labour, I was in a lot more pain after I gave birth as I had to be cut down there to get bub out as I couldn't push her out. That pain lasted almost 6 weeks. I was given Pain medication but they didn't help at all.
Real labour is something you really can't ever prepare yourself for. Sadly
Obviously I've never given birth...
However I believe that a better approach is to learn what you can do to minimize the pain.
Issues involved (from my understanding) include muscles used way more then you're used to (so exercise them and their endurance), lack of oxygen supply (so learn breathing techniques and train up your heart and lungs to make your supply to the area better.
Stretching...
And your perception of pain.
As a sadist I can tell you that pain will feel a lot different depending on *how* you think about it.
Try to teach yourself to think of pain, not as something bad to be afraid of, but as a good thing.
Proof that you're still healthy and *able* to register that stress on the region in question.
The pain is a signal of you being alive.
Also, think of how amazing it'll be to hold your baby etc.
Just focus on positive experiences and thoughts during the birth.
Combined I think these things will all help a great deal.
Of course, it’s well deserved 💕😘
You don't. Get pregnant and then you get to feel it while having a baby. It's your gift for all the pain.
What... what would you gain from that other than anxiety and an unrealistic view of actual labor? The pain that would be comparable would be getting kicked in the stomach repeatedly by someone wearing steel boots, is that really what you want to experience? There are breathing/stretching/yoga techniques to practice beforehand to help with managing labor but why would you need to actually practice the pain?

Why would you want that?
When my day comes imma bring a knife to threaten the workers to give me pain killers. Im not dealing with that pain😣
Lol 😂😂 I do understand your point.
But the reason I want to do this is so that I will end up getting used to the pain so when the labor day comes, the pain will almost be numb.
Like I want to practice feeling the pain at least once a day so that my body gets used to it and eventually numb to it when it comes time to give birth
I dont think anyone can get used to that pain😶😂
I would never do that... but I understand what you mean
