not necesssarily because you do hear of people who smoke packs a day for decades and never have an issue. then you have people who rarely smoke and do have an issue OR you have people who never smoke who end up with issues usually associated with smokers

smoking is unhealthy and bad habit to engage in for sure. suicide is a very intentional action intended to result in death. i don't think you can put smoking in that category

No, just like driving a car isn't automatically suicidal. Just because you take actions that increase danger doesn't mean you are suicidal. The definition of suicide is the act of intentionally causing one's own death. Not intentionally increasing the probability of ways to die.

Much of what's in your cleaning supplies or kitchen is suicide able.

And, well at least where I live, it takes quite a lot to get legal approval for suicide.

Hell, alcohol will kill you but it's a major industry for us.

I don't smoke tobacco. I do smoke weed. Jury is still out on whether or not weed combustion has the same risks as tobacco. So far, though, it seems not. The science is still out.

I think it depends on genetics. Some people carry cancer cells that were passed onto them genetic wise and smoking does activate those cancer cells. It’s the same for unhealthy eating, not exercising, and keeping yourself at an unhealthy weight. All of those activate cancer cells

All going to die doesn't make a difference seen healthy people do everything right drop dead. And the person never did anything healthy live till there old. When we are born all ready set in stone when we go that's my attitude
