Especially for women? Bench press. No woman can bench more weight than she squats. If that's what you mean by hardest. The one that activates the sympathetic nervous system the fastest is back squats, but you could probably eventually adapt to it. By numbers, deadlift has the highest numbers so it must be the easiest.
So, for women it's definitely bench press. For men it could be squats, unless they have some injury in the arms that makes deadlifting, or in the shoulders that makes benching impossible.
Yes. That's true. Most girls can't really Benchpress. Their strongest links are back squat and deadlift. Ok. Man, you get an xper point 😀👍🏼
