I will say entrepreneur. My parents are entrepreneurs and they are super busy. There are times that they go days without eating or sleeping. Standing in top isn't easy. There are also times when they get super depressed yet they do it because that's their passion.
Other I will say is being a K-pop idol especially under agencies like JYP. Seriously the trainees need to sacrifice their childhood and overwork themselves till the point it is deadly and when they fail from becoming an idol then they have debt to pay the agency. Later when if become idols they get so much hate (I'm not saying they don't get love. Of course they do) like seriously? Being a musician (not about K-pop now) can be extremely frustrating too. As a person who is training herself to become a musician it can be really stressing at some point especially when you are serious about music.
Other I will say is Manual labors. In case of physical toughness level being a labor it is.

Depends on your definition of tough. I can argue being an actor is tougher than an electrician cuz of how hard it is to get into or I can say manual laborer is tougher than a judge because it’s physically more demanding.

Accounting, Surgeon, and Judge. Accounting just seems hard cause you dont wanna accidentally fck anyone over with their finances. Surgeons are making the call of if someone will be saved and live. Judges are pretty much determining if someone is innocent enough to be free or ought to go to jail
