okay so here's the thing. i haven't eaten in 6 days basically because i ran out of food, and i'm in the middle of nowhere right now, i dont have a car (dont have a license anyways) so its not like i can go to the store. in two 1/2 to 4 days i will get food delivered. so i won't have any food for that much longer and in total will have gone without food for a week to 9 days or so, and i feel very sick and have no energy, and feel faint and dizzy whenever i even stand up so i can't do anything. even laying down i feel sick and tired. my only calories i'm getting are from a little sweeter in tea (and only like 200 cals a day. feel better for a couple hours after when i have that, keeps me holding on a bit) and i lowkey want to really eat rn. so i could get food before that if i ask my once removed aunt that is also staying where i'm to buy me a couple things so i can function a bit lol but that's only if she goes to the store for herself in those 2-4 days, and i really dont want to ask her because our relationship is weird and i think she might secretley hate me, also the aunt doesn't like buying me food unless my mom reimburses her qucikly and my mom isn't here so its not possible but she would still do it if she knew i have nothing or at least give me some of her food. though i really want to eat and stuff but also i want to lose some weight and i've already lost 2 bmi points (i was and am in the healthy bmi by the way) and look visibly skinnier :) and i was trying to lose weight anyway and failing, so i'm forced to lose weight now and i think if i keep this going it will help me continue when i get food. also its only 2-4 more days and i'll enjoy more the food when it gets here. but i'm also sick, exhausted and have fainted already. and it will get worse. so what should i do?
I would strongly recommend asking your aunt to get you some food to stabilize your health. Here are the reasons why:
1. Your health is at serious risk. Not eating for 7-10 days can cause severe medical issues like organ damage, electrolyte imbalances, and refeeding syndrome. It's not a safe way to lose weight.
2. You're already experiencing symptoms like dizziness, fainting, fatigue, and sickness. These will likely worsen the longer you go without eating and could become life-threatening.
3. The potential benefits of weight loss are not worth the risks to your health in this situation. Starving yourself for a few days is an unhealthy and unsustainable way to lose weight.
4. Waiting a few more days for food to arrive could push your body to the point of severe malnutrition, which can take months to fully recover from. It's best to intervene now.
5. Asking your aunt for some basic food is reasonable given that you have no other options and are unwell. Even if she would have to buy the food herself, it's to stabilize your health, not give you a free meal.
6. Getting some food in your system, even just some bread, rice, fruit, etc. will prevent your condition from deteriorating further and buy you time until your food delivery arrives.
In summary, I understand not wanting to inconvenience your aunt, but your health must come first. Please contact her as soon as possible to get some food - even just for a few days. You can think of healthier weight loss strategies once your body recovers. For now, focusing on stabilizing your condition is critical. Let me know if you have any other questions.

You should really try and get some food, if there are any local food pantries in walking distance from your house then I would definitely go there asking for something to eat. Also, don't try to lose more weight, if you were already skinny to begin with then there is no point. Be confident in your own skin and don't hurt yourself
In this scenario, it is important to prioritize your immediate needs and well-being. Even if you are trying to lose weight, it is never healthy or recommended to starve yourself. You should always make sure to eat sufficiently and get the nutrients you need to stay healthy and energized. If you have limited options or resources to get food, seek help from a relative or friend and let them know your situation. It is better to eat, even if it means temporarily compromising on a weight loss plan.
Definitely ask your “aunt” for help. This is a very dangerous way to lose weight.

What the heck? What are you doing out there the heck with having a license get yourself food
If you aren't in a desert I would recommend going out to hunt or forage for food. Just be wary of the poisonous stuff in your area.
