Anti- aging fix?

I'm 22 almost 23 and I feel like In the past year my face went from all nice looking good to looking dead uneven skin dropping a little wrinkles I never really cared since I had always had nice skin now I'm freaking out. I need help.

The fix is inside your mind, to accept your aging face so that you can calm down and carry on.

You can try to ignore the mental illness you are creating for yourself and or kick the can down the road if you want but this will only increase your suffering sooner or later you are essentially going to have to choose option 1, failure to do so will mean that you suffer the rest of your life.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, what that means is that we all see something different, we are not machines, we are not capable of simply looking and accurately perceiving objective reality, we see with 'the mind's eye'.

Your eyes are not video cameras, your brain is not a monitor, that is not what is happening AT ALL.

What you see in your mind is an image which has been CREATED BY YOUR MIND, yes it uses the information it gets from the eyes, of course it does, but it also see's what it wants to see, thats how optical illusions work, your mind gets tricked into seeing one thing and then another thing even though the object or image has not changed.

I guarantee you that I won't think you look 30 and I don't need to see the picture to know that, it's just obvious.

Maybe you have started showing signs of aging some what suddenly, so what? Aging happens, you can't stop it, whatever you do it's going to be like trying to change the weather by farting into the wind, best case scenario is that you shit yourself.

It actually doesn't matter what anyone else see's, it DOES matter what YOU THINK about yourself; so you must practice what is called 'self love and validation' you must be your own source of positivity, you decide who you are and how you feel about yourself etc.
