also i have a sound machine by my bed, using for so many years.. so when am ready to sleep 'feeling sleep' .. after am in bed, I will pick the sound I wanna hear and have that going the whole time am asleep.

I do not use any. I love my beauty sleep. By 11:00 I’m out till 7am.
I don’t keep anything in my mind. So I sleep well 😊.

If I can’t sleep then I just smoke a little weed or take an edible and it usually does the trick.
Sometimes it doesn’t work tho. Sometimes it just makes me stay up and overthink shit. I guess it depends on the strain

I've rarely ever needed help. My husband used to have trouble but started taking magnesium, which helps the body regulate it's natural melatonin better and he's been good ever since.

No not at all. I take it, half hour later I'm out. I don't sleep any longer than normal but it... i dunno how to say it... it counts for more. I feel more rested on 6 hours with 10mg than 6 hours without. I don't wake up groggy or shakey or jacked up or anything, really the only difference is do I feel well rested or just "meh" afterwards.

If you mean "get comfortable" as in... when falling asleep... I've slept in some pretty awkward places. If I'm inside a building, not getting mortared, and not having to stay half-awake to make sure the sentries aren't f'ing around, PLUS I have a pillow and a blanket... nah brother... I'm pretty comfortable after that. So many years using my boots as a pillow and the ground as my bed... inside sleeping is REAL comfortable for me. Plus one of my rescue kittens likes to cuddle.
