Has anyone tried any NAD supplements for anti aging?

Oh my God!🤦‍♂️ Though I shouldn't be talking after I tried to get ahold of the ancient aging technology. I know you're like me. We think we're getting too old to attract women, bur please don't try to cheat nature. Those things can mess you up more then help you. Did you see Simon Cowell's plastic surgery? I know this isn't plastic surgery, but nothing good has ever come from trying to cheat nature. That stuff doesn't work. Read the article from the Israeli scientists.

Just eat better and stay in shape and try to find a girl your own age.

I am taking care of myself and am in better shape then ever because I go to the gym.
I think I look better then ever.

I wouldn’t do plastic surgery because it looks weird. I would not do anything that is artificial like that.
But I think supplements are different.

I would prefer a girl who is younger then me because a girl my age isn’t necessarily too old have children but is a few years from that.

I haven't and I doubt it would be more effective than hydrolyzed collagen that contains eggshell membrane and organic bone broth, paired with organic sulfur, vitamin C and N-acetyl cysteine (NAC).

I don't know what that is but Dr. Berg says that eating fat can help protect your collagen, watch his videos on aging and vitamin deficiencies if you want natural and non invasive ways to fight aging in the body. Fasting is also known to reverse aging without medication or supplements but you might have to take supplements while fasting to protect your metabolism and ability to burn fat when you do it. Meditation can also reverse aging or slow it down but it might only be effective if you do it in a highly dedicated and prolonged form. I don't do keto like he says you should but I take his other advice and I find it helps.
