Trending & News I only say normal because the first time I lost weight from having an eating disorder. So any tip please I want to lose weight the right way this time.

Well, when I look & feel my best, I'm usually doing more cardio & eating for the energy I need. I also tend to eat a lot of dense & satiating foods.
I try to consume over 100g of protein a day. Additionally, if I see any increase in my weight, I take measures to counterbalance the surplus I've eaten by adjusting my intake accordingly until I'm at the weight I desire.
We are what we absorb! It's obvious that eating healthily is important for sustaining a healthy figure. But it's also important to eat foods that actually go together well. Be sure that you're not eating any foods that prevent proper digestion or nutrient absorption. I prefer to avoid certain food combinations that I know will disrupt anything.
Also, if I want something sweet, I mainly eat a serving of fruit or I drink a zero calorie drink mix. It's rare that I'll eat ice cream or other sugary things. But if I do, it's usually a brief indulgence unless it's one of those months where other activities are more of a priority than fitness & health.
Thanks you
I also am logging all of my food into apps like Cronometer or MyFitnessPal. They really help to get a gauge of what I'm eating in a day. Recently, I'd been using Cronometer more because of the better food details. But MyFitnessPall is easier to log & has a better use experience in my opinion.
I'm going to try it.
I'm going to try chronometer.
In that case, definitely scan with the barcode if you do (looking foods up is very confusing on that app) & try to save the foods that show the most amount of nutrient data. They're the most accurate. Should say something like "80 Listed nutrients" right under "group" when you click on a food item.
Okay
Here is the normal way of losing weight (requires getting your ass of a couch and move)
1) A ot of physical activity
2) Healthy food. And calories must be limited to the activity level.
Calculate your BMR = 655 + (4.35 x weight in pounds) + (4.7 x height in inches) - (4.7 x age in years)
Calculate calories. Multiply your BMR by an activity factor:
Sedentary (little to no exercise): BMR x 1.2
Lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days a week): BMR x 1.375
Moderately active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days a week): BMR x 1.55
Very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week): BMR x 1.725
Extra active (very hard exercise/sports, physical job, or training): BMR x 1.9
So, based on the activity level, at your BMR you can calculate the amount of daily calories to STAY fit. If you want to LOOSE weight, you need to either become more active, or intake less calories, or both.
When i was losing weight (10 kg in 4 months), I was dong both - low caloric intake and Very active lifestyle (Monday, Wednesday, Friday - jogging, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday - gym, Sunday - rest).
You choose for yourself what is best for you, but i would not recommend going extreme as i did, because its not normal.
Thanks you
It's all about diet. Not dieting but reducing your daily calorie intake. It doesn't happen overnight. You will need to work at it.
Maybe eat a good healthy meal once per day or smaller meals during the day. Exercise portion control. Don't eat after 6pm. Don't eat b4 bed. Cut out dairy. Cut out snacks. Avoid sugar. Avoid fast food. Avoid Soda pop. Drink water. Don't drink beer or wine. Drink plenty of water. Fill up on vegetables. Have a weekly fast day. Don't eat processed foods. Plenty of salads. Plenty of rice. Plenty of soups. Some meats. Plenty of fruits. Boiled eggs. Drink black coffee or green tea.
Like if you aren't eating right it doesn't matter how much exercise you do. Exercise does help. Plenty of sleep helps. Low stress helps.
It took me a year to get my beach body back after having a baby and this is how I did it. After I moved to America with my husband I started to put serious beef on because everything is in huge portions, dipped in sugar or fried. But I do treat myself at least once a week.
Thanks you
Did you get a physical like cardiologist? So you can do a nice workout get that check. Stress test. Meanwhile find a distance you can safely walk everyday. In Jan I was in the 160’s now last week I’m 148. Every night I would go for a nice long walk. It worked!
Thank you

Walk 30 minutes a day and a pretty good pace for 30 days
If you can handle it do it two times a day at 30 minutes a day for 30 days
This is a good one too going to the living room moves furniture outlet lay down on the floor roll over to your side get up and do that 50 times 25 on each side
That difference okay thanks you
Okay
@ JKgordon walking works every muscle the best you walk and if you swing your arms forward and back it will also get your waist. Do you like to dance . There are also slow motion moves with yoga that you can do that will get you so tone it's unreal but with the walking if you do it right at a fast pace it should get your whole body I mean even your nose will tone up. Do you like to dance that works too
30 minutes of cardio a day eat at a calorie deficit. For example you weighed 200lbs. your body needs 2000 calories a day to maintain your weight. Because you need 10 calories per lb. A day. Now if you eat too little it will put your body into starvation mode. You don't need to decrease that much. If you weighed 200lbs. Eat like 1900 calories. As your weight decreases you decrease your caloric intake. 190lbs, eat 1800. 180lbs eat 1700 and so on. Don't expect to lose more than 2 lbs. A week. But 2 lbs a week is over a 100lbs. In a years. time.
I lost 70 lbs. In 7 months doing this.
Thanks you at first I was eating one meal a day then I was dropping 30 pounds a week
Always better to eat frequent small meals. Which I hate. When I eat I like to put on the feedcmbag. But I'd typically go 8 to 12 hrs without eating. That confuses your body. When I lost weight I was eating 4 meals a day. It's pretty close to the waY I do it now. But I'm just not as regimented about it. But I have much better habits now.
Okay maybe I will try small meals
Firstly you need to throw away the drink in your hand
Completely stop eating or drinking anything sugary like Milkshakes, Sodas, Ice creams, Donuts, Cakes, Chocolates etc etc
Eat very very less and exercise more
Just running itself is probably enough and the best exercise out there
Okay thank you
You got this!!! Let's go!!
Thank you for motivation
The best way is eat less, move more.
Eating healthier, making better choices and exercising will help.
There are programs out there that can help, golo, weight watchers, nutri system, Jenny Craig.
It involves a life style change as well.
Okay thanks you
Diet and exercise and plenty of cardio get that heart rate up ans watch the pounds melt away
Thanks you
Your so welcome beautiful
