For every food that exists there are experts who tell you it is a miracle food and others who tell you it is poison. Can you believe any of them?

I've had it with nutrition. For every article by an "expert" that tells you about some superfood there is another one that tells you it's poison. So sick of it.

I don't eat sugar so as a substitute I love cinnamon. It has a certain kind of sweetness to it. Of course I don't use it in the same quantities as sugar, but since my mother died recently I am trying to get back to the healthier diet I used to eat and back to some health habits I abandoned when I was taking care of my parents.

So I have been slathering everything with cinnamon after reading about what a wonderful nutritional thing it is... "loaded with antioxidants."

I decided now that I am eating so much more of it I better dig a little deeper.

F***! Turns out there are two kinds of cinnamon (never heard any article mention that before). One is the miracle food and the other is POISON! And guess what? Apparently almost all of the cinnamon sold in America is the POISON one! Causes cancer and liver damage!

And I just stocked up on cinnamon!

I've had it with the nutritional "experts." For 50 years I've been reading about coffee. One day it's the secret to eternal life, the next day it is like swallowing a bag of nuts and bolts. It keeps going back and forth every few years. Even though they probably all agree on broccoli 🤮, I really don't believe anything I read about nutrition anymore. I'm thinking of chucking it all and eating every meal at Taco Bell from now on. At least I would die with happy tastebuds.
