low intake of Dietary Sugar is a good thing BUT what you lost was water being released from the reserves of stored fat and carbs your body was using to fuel your muscles.
the Body is using fat and carbs for fuel all day.. Fat is used to fuel type ! slow twitch fibers as well as smooth muscles like the heart.. Fat is being burned by our bodies all day every day whether eating or not..
High glycemic LOAD will be more accurate its the glycemic index which is how fast certain foods raise blood sugar levels.. Simple Carbs followed by proteins then fats from fast to slow digestion. Fiber slows down digestion of carbs so next time you eat dietary sugar just have some Metamucil with it..
not eating any calories is the fastest way to lose weight without a doubt AS FAR AS diet goes BUT the body and mind want a balance so that will eventually slow.. not to mention the risk of starvation induced diabetes because of the liver dumping stored glycogen into your blood like the US Navy dumping garbage in the middle of the oceans.. yup no lie.. extreme dieting is one of the many causes of health issues in bodybuilding that YET AGAIN AAS gets the blame for..
BUT Yea Metamucil is king its a mild fiber psyllium husk you can do like I used to and just get the generic riteaide shopright wallgreens or MART brand its the same. i get the no sugar.
I didn't eat sugar a lot in my late 20s 30s or 40s i started to get a craving for it at 50 and my father used to tell me the same.
Eat Berries dark berries dark greens lean whole proteins.. Beans Legumes
nooone gets fat from eating a ton of vegetables and lean protein. carbs sugar drinks number ONE for obesity. Americans just wanna eat i love food and I'm lucky to have had a skinny fat body to work with.. soft Ectomorph body style if you will
STRESS will have you lose weight
2 lbs of fat in one day is impossible. What you see are just fluctuations in water content of the body. Normal fat loss or gain is 1-2 kg/month.
