Yesterday I had between 9 - 16 cups of coffee cause I was eating a lot of left over barbecue food and did not want to get fat and today the scale says I did not gain a single pound and might even have lost weight from he last two days.
Yeah so coffee does have something in it that helps with fat

You have asked several questions that indicate a risk of developing an eating disorder. Can you see a nutritionist or general doctor? It does not make sense to track daily weight changes.
Everybody who is interested in starving themselves notices at some point that caffeine helps cut the appetite. Apparently, some teas are even more effective than coffee.
You are not a teenager so I'm a bit less worried but you sound like your next "discovery" will be that vomiting will keep you from putting on weight even when eating.I don’t drink more than one cup of coffee a day, that much coffee can’t be good for you, probably because you had so much liquid in your stomach kept you from eating more, probably would have had better results drinking that much water instead, you’re probably dehydrated from only drinking coffee
Only if you're walking to the store to get a cup.. I'm sure that it does help your metabolism but I'm not sure how much I think a good fast pace walk 30 minutes a day for 30 days is probably better than 16 cups of coffee at least for me anyway
Stop eating so much. Throw the food out it will be better for your health
if this is the case.. Im gonna drink pots of it since Im gonna eat a lot the next few days
