Yes. I am a taller than average and a bit more muscularly built gal so it's a personal preference to want a man who can handle/ carry me or else I would feel like I am too overbearing for him. Although if he has smaller muscles, a man who is a 'Work in Progress' currently working on his physique will still be acceptable in my books.

Considering a requirement for me is the dude has to be able to keep up with me, yeah. Even skinny fit dudes have biceps.

Flat biceps its not a problem - easily fixable. Just train. Biggest problem for men is to have small dick - that's the real problem that is barely fixable.
