But why does Hollywood need to put out fake programs that are completely useless for achieving any kind of fitness goal?
It honestly makes zero sense.

Trending & News It makes perfect sense: they don't want people to know that steroids, and/or other dangerous drugs, are used to achieve those results. It's like how every major league baseball player who hits a zillion home runs denies using steroids, until they caught.
That makes sense. It's all a diversion for the steroids.
What they really don't tell you is that they use steroids to achieve results faster.
I get that but then like, why the fake workouts though? Lol it's so bizarre to me.
why fake? maybe with steroids they can actually achieve the results
No the workouts are so fake that not even steroids would make them effective.
It's like a workout to get jacked and muscular, but they're using super light weights and exercises that don't grow muscle.
I don't have examples off hand but if you go to Renaissance periodization YouTube channel they have some videos critiquing these celebrity workouts.
If they are using light weights, maybe they do it on purpose, because if people who are new ones to fitness would inspire and want to also follow their favorite celebrity lifestyle. So they use light weights just because they dont want newbies to traumatize themselves with real ones
I think you're right. They're lying to people who are basically couch potatoes and giving them some easy shit to do instead of the real thing.
