No, gymrats have bad reps because the "meatheads" make gym goers seem obsessed. But most of us go to the gym to be fit, healthy, or as a way to destress. And we like seeing others be healthy too!

It's certainly not everybody, though. There's a big difference between a meathead that spends 2 hours a day weight training, so he can flex his physique, and the lady that spends 20 minutes on the treadmill to stay in shape.
