Anyone with high eyeglass prescription?

Hey guys I just bought new glasses at the eye doctor, I wanted to order some sunglasses online but I’m having trouble finding anything that can hold my prescriptions. I’m very nearsighted and have astigmatisms in both eyes.

If you know a good company to order from please let me know.

I used to wear glasses and after realizing they were weakening my eyes I got rid of them. Now decades later my eyesight has improved and I don't need them.

Glasses were meant to be used while you found out the cause of your deteriorating sight, and then stopped being used once you recovered your eyesight. Instead you are given progressively stronger lenses that contiually weaken your eyes... this amounts to a great way of making money through our lack of understanding.

There may be some cases were glasses are needed but how many opticians are interested in curing eyes when their livelihoods depend on them being perpetually weak!

This is repeated in Dentistry and the overall health system. Maybe it's time for us to wake up and see the coffee..

Unfortunately, for me, my eye issues are hereditary. Not wearing glasses isn’t something I can do, if my husband is standing right in front of me and I take off my glasses I can’t see his face and trying to focus hurts

My ophthalmologist suggested eye surgery but the risk of total blindness wasn’t worth it.

Hereditary is also another part of what they use to make you believe you are powerless. After all, not everyone that has a hereditary problem manifests it. Environment and many other factors play a part as well as our own belief.

If you've been wearing glasses for a long time, of course you can't just stop wearing them and expect benefits. It has to be done gradually. My friend has -20 vision in both eyes, myopia, cataracts and has lost their sight before as well as had retinal detachment and surgery. They too believed what you just mentioned. But even after all of this, they have learned the truth and now their eye sight is improving. in fact, for about 30 seconds one day they had 100% perfect eyesight and this happened twice!

On both occasions they had either been watching a Church service or hearing scripture. That's another part of the puzzle. People would rather believe the word of the Doctor than the Word of the Bible...

you have high astigmatism your eyes turn red seeing sunlight? it headache?

My symptoms from it are frequent headaches, blurry vision and inability to see at night.(lights from cars and street lights blur wildly and give me instant headaches.)

Yeah except I’ve used 4 sites from google so far and all say they don’t work with bigger prescriptions like I have, which is why I asked if someone has a site they use for bigger prescriptions
