Definitely a reaction to some thing. If it has been occurring for a while, where you recently changed soaps, lotion, or laundry detergent, that could be an easy irritation source to change.

This looks like scratches or a rash consult with a doctor, they may prescribe a cortisone cream.

stretch marks tend to be more uniformly lined. this looks like heavy scratching or skin irritation

Nope, look like scrapes or a rash. Stretch marks are usually white.

It looks like something but you, left a bruise and now it’s in the healing phase.. stretch marks aren’t really discolored..

  My body is literally covered in them.
  The Nhs (national health service, uk thing) says "Stretch marks look like lines or streaks across the skin. Stretch marks can be pink, red, brown, black, silver or purple. They usually start off darker and fade over time. Stretch marks are most common on the tummy, breasts, chest, upper arms, legs, bottom, hips or back."

Skin problems if ignored can cause a lot of trouble

Looks like an allergy reaction to something, also it kinda looks like you might be itching at it. Check it out with you doctor just to make sure
